The Digital Media Specialist oversees all digital buys and will work under the SF Media Director. The Digital Media Specialist is responsible to maintain and grow the company's digital platform while educating the department on Advanced TV trends. The position requires someone who has a strong commitment to success and the ability to achieve client's KPI goals. The Digital Media Specialist will also support the SF Media Director.


  • In charge of developing, optimizing and executing all Digital Buys.
  • Create, manage and present all Advanced TV Power Point decks.
  • Research and obtain up-to-date knowledge on Digital Media trends.
  • Analyze reports on a weekly basis to better understand performance and clearance expectations.
  • Help maintain Media Director's calendar by scheduling meetings and calls.
  • Prepare and facilitate the processing of paperwork between the buyer and accounting. These documents include check requests, station set up requests and purchase orders.
  • Work with the traffic department to confirm 800 #'s and URLs are correct.
  • Request pre and post logs from stations and accurately enter the logs in our system to ensure media airs as ordered.


  • 2 -3 years of experience in digital media buying or digital account management
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and be familiar with word and spreadsheet programs including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
  • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, accuracy and speed required
  • Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, need to be able to work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and professional demeanor


  • 4 yr college degree, strongly preferred
