The Sr. Insight Analyst is responsible for providing clear insight into consumer, media and technology trends that drive Client consumer growth within the context of Competitor actions.

The role will work very closely with Account Management and Client Services leads to develop tactics and strategies to drive growth and media efficiencies.



Client Management

  • Guide clients to better media effectiveness and performance through insights grounded in analytic understanding of their business
    • Provide recommendations of performance KPIs and appropriate measurement methodologies (tagging, attribution, survey, etc.)
    • Indispensable analytic partners with key client stakeholders
  • Deliver actionable brand, target, audience, customer, and category insights to inform cross-channel campaign strategies and tactical plans
    • Identify and contextualize significant trends / patterns in media effectiveness, consumer response, and sales conversion
    • Make compelling strategic and tactical recommendations that have meaningful impact
    • Clarify the current competitive and media performance landscape
    • Stay on top of client's media performance, anticipate and address issues, and help drive business results for clients
  • Create actionable, story-driven presentations of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Preparation and participation in weekly client calls and quarterly business reviews


Team Management & Collaboration

  • Manage communication between the Client, Account Management, Analytics and Data Onboarding teams to ensure that data and reporting are aligned with requirements to properly measure and optimize performance
  • Rigorous and timely QC of web attribution and reporting attribution outputs to share with account management on weekly basis
  • Create a learning agenda with Client and Account Management teams that prioritizes key deliverables
  • Collaborate with Client and Account Management teams to provide insights and analysis on consumer and brand trends in media and technology adoption in context of competitive behavior
  • Work closely with Insights Director and Sr. Account leads to establish and maintain consultative relationships with key client stakeholders



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field of study
  • 3-7 years of relevant analytical experience; experience as an analyst in an agency or marketing services organization preferred but not required
  • Ability to summarize and present complex findings clearly and concisely to non-technical business audiences
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, as well as familiarity with emerging media data and technology capabilities
  • High-level understanding and ability to interpret and translate core concepts around statistical analysis
  • Ability to recommend practical applications to test and learn, customer lifecycle, and media targeting strategies
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and creative thinker
  • Strong interpersonal skills paired with professional demeanor
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills with aptitude for problem identification and resolution
  • Thrives in a team environment in an open workspace; proven ability to motivate others with vision, passion, and dedication to excellence
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines with minimal or zero supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and delegate responsibilities under deadlines
  • Basic to Intermediate proficiency in:
    • Tableau
    • T-SQL or SQL - with ability to perform complex queries
    • Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, Webtrends, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access)
